To download the Policies and Procedures template mentioned in our LLC sponsorship instructions, please click here. Since it is a template, please be sure to add your company name and other changes where indicated. We need a copy of your Policies and Procedures manual once ready – it is a requirement for sponsorship.
There are some additional policies that you may want to add to your manual. These can be reviewed under LLC Sponsorship > Templates > Office Documents > TEMPLATES > Policies and Procedures > Addendums to Policies folder. This folder contains the documents that you can modify and use for your company. You can leave them as separate documents or combine them in to one overall manual.
Please note: it’s a legal requirement that you have a Policies and Procedures manual so highly suggest using the template to create one as quickly as possible.
Policies and Procedures Acknowledgement Form
In addition to the Policies and Procedures Manual, we need a copy of a signed acknowledgement form stating that the manual has been read. This is required of every agent sponsored under your firm. That includes you as well if you are the owner and licensed as an agent. To download the acknowledgement form, please click here.
When completing the form, put your brokerage name on the Broker line. Please do not put Kari King.
