Got a referral? Be sure to complete the applicable form so that you receive your referral amount. The forms can be found on this site under Resources > Office Documents > Agent Referral Agreement folder.
- Internal Agent Referral Form – as the name suggests, use this form when the referral is from another agent within the brokerage.
- Receiving Agent Referral Form – use this form when you close a transaction for a referral that you received from an agent outside of our brokerage that’s entitled to a fee.
- Referring Agent Referral Form – use this form when you’ve sent a referral to an agent outside of our brokerage and you’re entitled to a fee when they close a transaction.
The last two forms are the same, but they’ve been signed on different lines to indicating receiving or referring.
